Overview
Training in advanced Storyline 360 features will help you be more productive and confident in creating your instructional design projects. You will work on real-world Storyline projects, with your instructor providing support and mentoring every step of the way.
Throughout Articulate Storyline Advanced classes, you will be guided by an Instructional Design expert, who will show you step-by-step how to tackle advanced technical concepts in Articulate Storyline in an easy to understand format. Articulate Storyline Advanced is project-based and you will create soft-skills lessons, software demonstrations, interactive training simulations, and/or video demos. For custom team training, the content of the class will be customized to best suit your organization’s needs and specific application of Articulate Storyline.
Enrolling in an Storyline classes at the Digital Workshop Center will take your e-learning skills to a whole new level. Adobe Storyline Advanced is hands-on and intensive. We have designed the class to make difficult topics easier to understand. Your instructor, an Adobe Certified Expert, will work with you closely to make sure that you avoid common mistakes in Storyline and apply best practices when possible.
Class Objectives
Upon successful completion of our Articulate Storyline Advanced class, students will be able to:
- Use the timeline, scenes, states, layers, and the media library more efficiently
- Customize slide templates and colors to match any branding guidelines
- Create custom interactions, including drag and drops, branching scenarios, advanced quizzes, and more
- Apply accessibility features to improve usability by diverse learners
- Create reusable interaction templates
Pre-requisites
- Basic digital literacy including file management is required.
- Articulate Storyline Beginners (Level 1) or equivalent knowledge is required.
- Introduction to Design Fundamentals is recommended, but not required.
- It is recommended that you have the Articulate Storyline 360 software before starting class. You can purchase the software or obtain a 60-day trial rom https://articulate.com/360. Important note: Articulate desktop software is not Mac compatible.

When can I start?
The average length to complete the a certificate program is 6 months. Total length may vary based on the pace in which you schedule your classes.
Each certificate program allows one year to be completed, but, depending on your pace of learning and skill level, you may move as fast or as slow as you like within that time frame. Veteran students may have certain restrictions on total program length.
Each program is comprised of several stand-alone classes listed above and a Capstone project. Once you have completed all the necessary course work, you will earn your certificate.

Each Certificate Program is comprised of course work and a comprehensive Capstone Project.
