Publishing more is not a strategy. It is a treadmill.
Most content marketing fails on sustainability. Someone commits to a blog, publishes four posts in three weeks, and stops. The archive sits there, dated, doing nothing. The lesson learned is that content does not work, when what happened is that a plan was made for a person with more time.
This workshop starts from the time you actually have. Participants map content to what buyers need at each stage rather than to a posting schedule, and build a calendar that survives a busy month, because a smaller plan you finish beats a bigger one you abandon.
Small business owners take this because content is the marketing that keeps working after you stop paying for it. Marketing teams take it where output is high and results are not. It covers being found in AI answers as well as search results, which has changed what content has to do to earn a click.
Content, tools, and examples are built around your own business and marketing before delivery. Most groups train live online, and on-site in-person delivery is available by request. This workshop is available by request only, with a three participant minimum, and sits alongside our other digital marketing workshops.

Course outline
How the workshop runs
Every session is live with a real instructor, and the exercises are built around your team's work.
The day opens on the buyer rather than the calendar. Participants map what someone actually needs to know at each stage, from not knowing they have a problem through comparing options, and find the gaps in what they currently publish. Most discover they have written a lot for people who were already going to buy.
The middle is making things. Participants work on blogs, video, and lead magnets, and learn the formats that earn attention in each. They practice repurposing properly, taking one substantial piece and legitimately deriving several rather than copying it across channels, which is the technique that makes a small team look prolific.
The day closes on being found and being sustainable. Participants learn what content has to do to earn a click when an AI answer already summarized the topic, and build a calendar sized to the hours they actually have. They leave with a plan and the first pieces drafted.

Digital Marketing training
Digital marketing training for teams and small businesses
DWC digital marketing workshops cover the channels that move the needle: SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, email, social media, content, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, and AI in marketing workflows.
They work for in-house marketing teams that need to sharpen one skill and for small business owners who wear every hat. Examples are built around your own site, audience, and goals.
Can you customize this workshop for our team?
Yes. Content, datasets, and examples are built around your actual work before delivery, so participants practice on the files, tools, and situations they deal with every day.
Is the training online or on-site?
Most groups train live online with a real instructor. On-site, in-person delivery is available by request.
Is there a minimum group size?
Most workshops booked for a team have a three participant minimum, and the Tuition section on each workshop page lists its exact terms. One-on-one sessions and smaller groups are priced case by case, and larger groups are quoted based on group size, schedule, and delivery format.
Are these workshops for marketing teams or small business owners?
Both. Marketing teams use them to build depth in a specific channel, and small business owners use them to run their own marketing with confidence.
Can we use our own website and accounts in class?
Content and examples are built around your work before delivery, so participants can practice on your own site, campaigns, and analytics where appropriate.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Every participant receives a certificate of completion, along with digital learning materials and take-home reference guides.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. DWC invoices your organization directly and provides purchase order documentation.
Can individual employees join a public session?
When a workshop has public dates, they appear in the Dates section of this page with a registration button. If none are listed, request a quote and we will share your options.
