What project management classes do you offer?

Does the training cover Agile, Waterfall, or both?

Both. The workshops are framework neutral and teach Agile and Waterfall where each one fits, so the method serves the project instead of the other way around.

Can the training cover our tools, like Jira or monday.com?

Yes. The tool workshops teach Jira and monday.com directly, and private sessions are built around your own boards, workflows, and projects. Customization is included in team pricing.

What is the difference between the workshops and the certificate program?

Workshops build a specific skill in one to two days. The Project Management Certificate is a full live online program taught by a PMI Authorized Training Partner, for people building a complete project management foundation.

Can this training lead to PMI certification?

The workshops are practical training and do not carry PMI contact hours. The Project Management Certificate is taught by a PMI Authorized Training Partner; its class page covers how it supports a PMI path.

Can individual employees take a class?

Yes. When a class shows a scheduled date, anyone can register. If no date is listed, use Register Interest and we will contact you when one is set. Employer professional development funds can cover tuition.

How long are the workshops?

Most project management workshops run one to two days (8 to 16 hours), split into short live sessions so teams can train without pausing their projects.
