Email Marketing teaches you how to make the most of the one channel where you own your audience instead of renting it from an algorithm. Done well, email remains one of the highest return activities in marketing, but it is also easy to land in spam, get ignored, or annoy the people you worked hard to reach. This class shows you how to do it right, guided by an experienced email marketing instructor.

Email has changed in important ways. Major inbox providers now enforce stricter rules, so authentication and easy unsubscribing are no longer optional, privacy and permission rules shape how you collect and use addresses, and AI can help you draft copy and subject lines quickly. The approach that wins is permission based, well segmented, genuinely relevant, and automated where it makes sense, so the right message reaches the right person at the right time.

You will work with your instructor to build a simple list growth plan, set up a welcome flow, write and structure an email, choose your segments, and read the numbers that matter, including deliverability, open, click, conversion, and unsubscribe rates. The class is hands-on and intensive, and it is designed to make difficult topics easier to understand so you leave able to run email on your own and avoid the mistakes that hurt deliverability and results.
