What is the difference between tools training and data literacy training?
Tools training teaches the people who build reports to work in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Data literacy training teaches managers and staff to read, question, and present data well, whatever tool it comes from.
Do participants need coding or a technical background?
No. Data literacy workshops are built for managers and staff who use data to make decisions, not only analysts. Each class page lists its prerequisites.
Can the training use our own data?
Yes. Private sessions are built around your actual spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards wherever possible, so the exercises look like your real work. Customization is included in team pricing.
Is there a full data analytics certificate program?
Yes. The Data Analytics Certificate is a live online program that takes a student from spreadsheet skills through dashboards and analysis, and it appears in the class list above with its next start.
Can individual employees take a class?
Yes. When a class shows a scheduled date, anyone can register. If no date is listed, use Register Interest and we will contact you when one is set. Employer professional development funds can cover tuition.
How long are the workshops?
Most data workshops run a half day (4 hours) to two days (16 hours), split into short live sessions so teams can train without losing a full workday.
