Live workshops
Excel classes
Every class below is taught live by an instructor, includes a certificate of completion, and can run as a private session built on the spreadsheets your team works in every day.
Microsoft Excel
-
Microsoft Excel Beginners (Level 1)
7 hrs (2 sessions)Microsoft Excel Beginners builds the foundation almost nobody was given. Across two sessions, participants learn to structure a spreadsheet so it can grow, write formulas that do not break when a row moves, format so a reader can follow it, and stop doing by hand what Excel will do for them. The payoff is staff who produce reliable work instead of fragile ones. Available by request only, with a three participant minimum. From $359.00/student3 person minimum, private & group rates available -
Using Microsoft Excel for Data Driven Presentations
1 Day (8 hrs; two 4-hr sessions)Using Microsoft Excel for Data Driven Presentations covers the last mile between analysis and decision. In one day, participants learn to choose a chart that fits the question, strip the decoration that hides the point, build visuals in Excel that survive being pasted into a deck, and present a number so an audience acts on it. Available by request only, with a three participant minimum. From $495.00/student3 person minimum, private & group rates available -
Microsoft Excel Intermediate (Level 2)
7 hrs (2 sessions)Microsoft Excel Intermediate closes the gap between knowing functions and working efficiently. Across two sessions, participants learn to pull data across sheets and files, build logic that handles the exceptions, clean messy data without retyping it, and summarize thousands of rows into something a manager can read. The payoff is hours back on work that is currently manual. Available by request only, with a three participant minimum. From $359.00/student3 person minimum, private & group rates available -
Microsoft Excel Advanced (Level 3)
7 hrs (2 sessions)Microsoft Excel Advanced turns a capable user into someone who builds tools rather than files. Across two sessions, participants learn to connect and reshape data so a report refreshes instead of being rebuilt, automate the steps they repeat, protect a workbook other people will use, and know when Excel has stopped being the right answer. Available by request only, with a three participant minimum. From $359.00/student3 person minimum, private & group rates available -
Microsoft Excel Advanced Formulas & Functions
7 hrs (2 sessions)Microsoft Excel Advanced Formulas and Functions is a deep pass on the logic itself. Across two sessions, participants learn to build formulas that handle real exceptions, combine functions without creating something unreadable, work with dates and text that arrive in the wrong shape, and trace a calculation that is producing the wrong answer. Available by request only, with a three participant minimum. From $359.00/student3 person minimum, private & group rates available -
Microsoft Excel PivotTables
7 hrs (2 sessions)Microsoft Excel PivotTables teaches the fastest route from raw data to an answer. Across two sessions, participants learn to structure source data so a pivot works, summarize tens of thousands of rows in seconds, slice by any dimension without rebuilding, calculate inside the pivot, and recognize when a pivot is quietly giving them the wrong number. Available by request only, with a three participant minimum. From $359.00/student3 person minimum, private & group rates available -
Excel Master Program
27 hrs (8 sessions)The Excel Master Program is private, one-on-one Excel training that takes one person to the advanced level: four live courses, Intermediate (Level 2), Advanced (Level 3), Advanced Formulas and Functions, and PivotTables, 27 hours over eight sessions. New to Excel? Add Excel Beginners (Level 1) for $199. Taught 100% live online, two sessions per week. Available by request; no public schedule posted. From $2,495.00/student3 person minimum, private & group rates available

Who books this training
Finance and accounting teams
The people who build the numbers everyone else relies on, working faster with fewer errors.
Operations and administrative staff
Clean, consistent spreadsheets that the next person can actually use.
Analysts, project managers, and team leads
Advanced formulas, PivotTables, and automation for complex data.
Government and public-sector teams
Procurement-friendly booking, invoicing, and completion documentation.
Learning path
One clear path from beginner to expert
Excel is the tool most teams use every day and the one fewest people were ever taught. The classes run in levels, so the self-taught daily user and the brand-new hire each start in the right room, and nobody sits through material they already know.
When the reports outgrow spreadsheets, Power BI training is the next step: the same data, turned into dashboards that refresh themselves, taught by the same instructors.
Levels 1 to 3
Level 1 for people new to Excel or never formally trained, Level 2 for regular users who need to work faster and more accurately, Level 3 for analysts and team leads automating workflows and managing complex data.
Specialty classes
Advanced Formulas and Functions for sophisticated calculations, PivotTables for summarizing large data fast, and Data Driven Presentations for the last mile between analysis and decision.
Excel Master Program
A private, one-to-one program that takes one participant from foundation to automation, including AI-assisted Excel workflows, in a single coordinated sequence.
Next step: Power BI
Three Power BI levels pick up where Excel leaves off, turning spreadsheet skills into reporting that updates itself.

What Excel classes are available?
Microsoft Excel Beginners (Level 1), Intermediate (Level 2), and Advanced (Level 3), plus Excel Advanced Formulas and Functions, Excel PivotTables, Using Microsoft Excel for Data Driven Presentations, and the private Excel Master Program. Every class is taught live by an instructor.
Which level should I start with?
New to Excel, or using it daily without ever being taught, start at Level 1. Regular users who need to work faster and more accurately start at Level 2. Analysts and team leads automating workflows and managing complex data start at Level 3. Private sessions can place each team member by a quick skills check.
What is the Excel Master Program?
A private, one-to-one program that takes a single participant from foundation to automation, including AI-assisted Excel workflows, in one coordinated sequence of short live sessions. It suits one person who needs the whole path on their own schedule.
Can the training use our own spreadsheets?
Yes. Private sessions are built on your actual files before delivery, so your team leaves with working spreadsheets and reports, not just exercises. Customization is included in team pricing.
Do I need experience to take a beginner class?
No. Level 1 assumes basic computer skills and no Excel background. Each class page lists prerequisites for the higher levels and specialty classes.
Can individual employees take a class?
Yes. When a class shows a scheduled date, anyone can register. If no date is listed, use Register Interest and we will contact you when one is set. Employer professional development funds can cover tuition.
How long are Excel classes?
Most Excel classes run about 7 hours, split into two short live sessions. The Excel Master Program runs across eight sessions, and each class page lists its exact schedule.
Do you offer Excel training nationwide?
Yes. Excel training for employees runs live online nationwide, and on-site, in-person delivery is available by request.
