Most AI adoption fails quietly. The license gets bought, the announcement goes out, a few enthusiasts use it, and eighteen months later the renewal is a conversation nobody wants. Nothing broke. It just never happened.
It failed on the people. Someone was worried about their job and never said so. A team was told to use a tool that made their work slower before it made it faster, and nobody stayed for the second part. A manager could not answer what happens when it is wrong, so the team stopped asking and stopped using it.
This is the adoption workshop of our three AI leadership courses, focused on your team and the change they have to make. Setting enterprise direction is AI for Leadership and Management. Delivering a specific initiative is Leading AI-Enabled Programs and Initiatives. Over two days there is time to practice the conversations rather than discuss them.
Content, scenarios, and examples are built around your actual work and your approved tools before delivery. Most groups train live online, and on-site in-person delivery is available by request. This workshop is available by request only, with a three participant minimum, and sits alongside our other leadership development workshops.

Course outline
How the workshop runs
Every session is live with a real instructor, and the exercises are built around your team's work.
Day one starts with readiness, and it is two questions rather than one. Is the use case suitable, and is this team able to absorb it right now. Participants evaluate their own candidate use cases against both, and most disqualify at least one they had been enthusiastic about. They learn the profile of the use case that looks compelling and delivers nothing.
The rest of day one is the people. Participants practice the conversation with someone who believes the tool is aimed at their job, which is often a reasonable belief and cannot be handled by reassurance. They work on the productivity dip that comes before the gain, and on being able to answer what happens when it is wrong, because a manager who cannot answer that will not get adoption.
Day two is the balance leaders actually have to hold: innovation against risk, speed against public trust, and enthusiasm against the policy they operate under. Participants practice saying no to an AI proposal from above, defending one from below, and setting the standard their team will follow when they are not watching. They leave with an adoption plan for a real use case.
