AI wrote it in nine seconds. It sounds like nobody.
Most marketers using AI are getting output that is technically fine and completely generic. It reads like it was written by a committee that has never met your customers, because effectively it was. The tool is not the problem.
This workshop closes the gap between opening the tool and getting something you would publish. Participants learn to supply the context that makes output specific, keep their brand voice rather than surrendering it, and verify before it goes out, which matters more in marketing than almost anywhere because the mistake is public.
Small business owners take this because AI is the only way they cover the work. Marketing managers send teams who are already using it informally, on personal accounts, with no shared standard. It is hands on throughout, on your own real marketing work, and pairs with our broader AI training track.
Content, tools, and examples are built around your own business and marketing before delivery. Most groups train live online, and on-site in-person delivery is available by request. This workshop is available by request only, with a three participant minimum, and sits alongside our other digital marketing workshops.

Course outline
How the workshop runs
Every session is live with a real instructor, and the exercises are built around your team's work.
The day opens on prompting, which is mostly context rather than clever phrasing. Participants learn to tell the model who the audience is, what the brand sounds like, what good looks like, and what to avoid. Most see their output improve dramatically within the first hour, on work they had previously abandoned as not worth it.
The middle is application across real marketing tasks: drafting and editing, generating ideas that are not the obvious five, repurposing one piece across channels, and analyzing feedback or copy at volume. Participants compare tools on the same task and learn that the differences are real and worth knowing.
The day closes on trust and voice. Participants learn to keep a brand voice rather than drift into the default register every model produces, verify claims before publishing, and recognize the tasks where AI output costs more to check than to write. They leave with a prompt library built on their own marketing.

Digital Marketing training
Digital marketing training for teams and small businesses
DWC digital marketing workshops cover the channels that move the needle: SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, email, social media, content, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, and AI in marketing workflows.
They work for in-house marketing teams that need to sharpen one skill and for small business owners who wear every hat. Examples are built around your own site, audience, and goals.
Can you customize this workshop for our team?
Yes. Content, datasets, and examples are built around your actual work before delivery, so participants practice on the files, tools, and situations they deal with every day.
Is the training online or on-site?
Most groups train live online with a real instructor. On-site, in-person delivery is available by request.
Is there a minimum group size?
Most workshops booked for a team have a three participant minimum, and the Tuition section on each workshop page lists its exact terms. One-on-one sessions and smaller groups are priced case by case, and larger groups are quoted based on group size, schedule, and delivery format.
Are these workshops for marketing teams or small business owners?
Both. Marketing teams use them to build depth in a specific channel, and small business owners use them to run their own marketing with confidence.
Can we use our own website and accounts in class?
Content and examples are built around your work before delivery, so participants can practice on your own site, campaigns, and analytics where appropriate.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Every participant receives a certificate of completion, along with digital learning materials and take-home reference guides.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. DWC invoices your organization directly and provides purchase order documentation.
Can individual employees join a public session?
When a workshop has public dates, they appear in the Dates section of this page with a registration button. If none are listed, request a quote and we will share your options.
