Marketing Automation, CRM, and Lifecycle Marketing
You spend to acquire them once, then never speak again.
Most marketing is built entirely around acquisition. You spend to get someone's attention, they buy once, and then the relationship ends because nobody built the part that comes after. Meanwhile the cheapest customer you will ever get is the one you already have.
This workshop builds that missing half. Participants map what actually happens after someone becomes a lead or a customer, then build the automated flows that carry the relationship forward without anyone remembering to send anything.
Working marketers and small teams take this when acquisition is working and retention is not, or when a CRM was bought, half-configured, and quietly abandoned. It runs across three sessions rather than two because building flows takes hands-on time, and it follows naturally from Email Marketing for Beginners.
Content, tools, and examples are built around your own business and marketing before delivery. Most groups train live online, and on-site in-person delivery is available by request. This workshop is available by request only, with a three participant minimum, and sits alongside our other digital marketing workshops.
This course includes
- Live, instructor led workshop delivered across three 4-hour sessions
- Customer journey mapping for your own business
- Core lifecycle flows built during the workshop
- Lead scoring, segmentation, and a compliance review of your setup
- Digital learning materials and take home reference guides
- Certificate of completion for every participant
Description
The first session is the journey and the data underneath it. Participants map what happens from first contact through repeat purchase, and find the points where people quietly drop out. Then the CRM: what it needs to hold, why most are a mess, and why data hygiene is not an administrative chore but the thing the entire system depends on.
The second session is the flows that drive revenue. Participants build the core sequences: welcome, nurture, abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back. They learn which ones pay for the whole exercise, how many messages is too many, and how to write a sequence that reads as helpful rather than automated.
The third session is scoring, segmentation, and compliance. Participants set up lead scoring so sales attention goes where it pays, segment so messages stay relevant at scale, and work through consent, preferences, and the rules that apply to email and text. They leave with working flows and a clean CRM structure.
