My career in Analytics began with discipline. I paved my own path to college by securing a division 1 football scholarship from coach Urban Meyer and capitalized with a double major. After college, I prospered at the intersection of analytics, education and systems design. I hold a Master of Public Policy in Economics from Pepperdine University and served as a full-time professor at the nation's only Hispanic-serving institution.

Over the past decade, my work has spanned data science, enterprise analytics, and global enablement. I have scripted ETLs, engineered databases, built, and deployed advanced analytical models for world leading companies. At Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) I modernized and scaled the company's global education and analytics ecosystem - growing the learner base from roughly 1,000 to more than 12,000 users in 13 different languages on 5 continents. My work has always centered on one idea: complex systems only matter if people actually use them.

Most recently, I completed executive education in Artificial Intelligence for Business at MIT, deepening my focus on applied AI, decision-making, and operational impact. My aim is to marry leadership and learning development to analytics expertise and groundbreaking technologies.
