VA Vocational Rehabilitation (Chapter 31) Chapter 31 can cover full tuition, fees, books, and a monthly subsistence allowance for eligible veterans. DWC will provide a formal letter of support for your application at no charge. Veterans are a priority population and may qualify for a grant covering full tuition through their local workforce center. Contact your local American Job Center to begin an eligibility assessment. DWC is not currently on this list, but other approved schools may be available in your area.
