We have some exciting news to share. Digital Workshop Center has been awarded a State of Colorado Price Agreement (Agreement #210019) in the Training, Assessments and Development Programs category, following the competitive statewide solicitation RFP-SPCO-MZ-26-002 conducted by the Department of Personnel and Administration’s State Purchasing Office.
- DWC is now an awarded State of Colorado Price Agreement vendor (Agreement #210019).
- The agreement covers 32 courses across two categories: Workforce Development and Leadership Development.
- Colorado state agencies can order directly with pre-approved pricing and no separate bid process.
- The agreement runs through June 30, 2028, with an option to renew for three additional years.

What the Price Agreement Covers
Under Agreement #210019, Digital Workshop Center is authorized to deliver training in two categories of the Colorado Core Competencies framework:
Workforce Development. Sixteen courses designed for employees at every level, covering the skills that make day-to-day government work run well. Offerings include AI Fundamentals for Government Work, AI Prompt Engineering for Government Employees, Understanding AI and Data Literacy in Government Work, Ethical AI in Government Practice, Effective Business Writing, Effective Communication for the Workplace, Customer Service Excellence, Digital Literacy for Government Employees, and Using Microsoft Excel for Data-Driven Presentations, among others.
Leadership Development. Sixteen courses built for supervisors and managers, including AI Leadership, AI Risk Management Leadership Using the NIST Framework, Responsible AI Governance and Oversight for Managers, Effective Managerial Leadership, Project Management Fundamentals for Government Leaders, Employee Motivation and Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning, and Microsoft Power BI and Tableau for Data-Driven Decision Makers.
Good to know: every course on the agreement is live and instructor-led, delivered virtually or in person, with class sizes of 3 to 30 participants and pre-approved per-person pricing. Nothing is pre-recorded and nothing is self-paced.
