The program
Four Excel courses, one private sequence
Excel proficiency shows up in job postings across industries, and most people who use Excel daily were never actually taught it. The Excel Master Program fixes that properly: one instructor, one participant, and the complete path in a single coordinated sequence.
Training a whole team instead? The same courses run as team sessions on the Excel training page.
The four courses
Excel Intermediate (Level 2), Advanced (Level 3), Advanced Formulas and Functions, and PivotTables: 27 class hours across eight live sessions, taught in order so each course builds on the last.
New to Excel? Add Level 1
Excel Beginners (Level 1) can be added to the front of your sequence for $199, so you start from the very beginning with the same instructor.
AI in Excel, with judgment
AI-assisted workflows, including Copilot features, taught on top of real fundamentals, so you know which suggestions to trust and which to fix.
Certification prep
The sequence builds the skills covered by the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel exams at the Associate and Expert levels. Exam fees and proctoring are not included.

What is the Excel Master Program?
A private, one-on-one Excel program that combines four live courses into one coordinated sequence: Excel Intermediate (Level 2), Advanced (Level 3), Advanced Formulas and Functions, and PivotTables, 27 class hours across eight live sessions. One instructor takes you through the whole sequence, live online, for $2,495.
Do I need Excel experience to start?
The sequence starts at Level 2, so it assumes beginner-level Excel skills: entering data, basic formulas, and simple formatting. If you are new to Excel, add Excel Beginners (Level 1) to the front of your sequence for $199 and start from the very beginning.
Does the program prepare me for Microsoft certification exams?
Yes. The sequence builds the skills covered by the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel exams at the Associate and Expert levels. Exam fees and proctoring are not included; your advisor can point you to current exam details.
Does the program cover AI in Excel?
Yes. AI-assisted Excel workflows, including Copilot features, are taught on top of the fundamentals, so you can use the suggestions with judgment instead of guessing which ones to trust.
How is this different from the Business Administration Certificate?
The Excel Master Program goes deep on one tool. The Business Administration Certificate is a broader program that covers Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and workplace skills together. If you need Excel mastery specifically, this is the focused path.
Can the program be funded through WIOA, Vocational Rehabilitation, or my employer?
Yes. The program works with WIOA and Vocational Rehabilitation funding and with employer sponsorship, and DWC provides the enrollment paperwork, attendance records, and completion documentation those routes require. Payment plans are also available; ask admissions about current options and scholarships.
How is the program scheduled?
Two live sessions per week, with daytime and evening options, scheduled around your calendar. There is no cohort start date: enrollment is open, and you begin when you are ready.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You receive a certificate of completion from Digital Workshop Center, along with digital learning materials and take-home reference guides.
