Training at DWC follows a straightforward process designed to move from initial conversation to confirmed training dates within one to two weeks.

2. We build your custom curriculum
Every private group session is customized. We review your team’s actual data sources, reporting workflows, software environment, and the business problems you are trying to solve. Exercises and in-class examples are built around your real work, not generic textbook scenarios. Whether your team needs financial dashboards, workforce analytics, production reporting, grant compliance tracking, or AI governance frameworks, the training reflects your use case.
3. We deliver the training live
All workshops are taught live by an expert instructor. Delivery is available through Zoom (with all sessions recorded and made available to participants) or on-site at your location. On-site delivery is available throughout Colorado and within reasonable travel distance of our Fort Collins headquarters. For locations beyond standard mileage, travel accommodations can be arranged. All materials are included in the engagement.

Are there grant programs that can fund employee training?
