Registering for a consulting appointment requires that you abide by the following terms and conditions:

Scheduling Your Appointment

To schedule, submit a consulting request.

Consulting has no predefined curriculum so we ask that you:

  • Submit a list of questions/topics in advance in order for your instructor to prepare for your tailored time.
  • Bring in your specific project-related equipment, files and/or any other requisite information needed to access your project the day of your appointment.

Important

During your consulting session, we will do our best to answer as many of your questions as possible.  We cannot guarantee that our instructor will be able to answer all questions during the scheduled consulting time.  Additional time may be required.  We will let you know if there are any topics/questions that need additional research by one of our instructors or cannot be answered.

If, during your appointment, you realize a need to extend your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate.  This time is billable on the quarter hour after the first hour.  If we are unable to extend your session, please submit a follow-up consulting appointment request.

Payment

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for 100% of the scheduled appointment hours.  We accept payment by credit card and check.

Fort Collins DWC Location Appointments

If scheduled at least 7 days in advance, payment is due immediately at the end of the appointment.

If scheduled less than 7 days in advance, payment is due immediately upon scheduling to secure your appointment.

On-Site Appointments

For on-site appointments at your location, payment must be made immediately upon scheduling to secure your appointment.

Online Appointments

Payment must be made immediately upon scheduling to secure your appointment.

Cancellation

The cut-off to cancel or re-schedule consulting appointments is seven (7) calendar days in advance of your scheduled consulting date/time.

Within 7 days of your scheduled consulting appointment, no cancellations or rescheduling is allowed and the balance for your scheduled appointment hours is due.

Refund

During your consulting session, we do our best to answer as many of your questions as possible.  We cannot guarantee that our instructor will be able to answer all questions during the scheduled consulting time.  Additional time may be required.  We will let you know if there are any topics/questions that need additional research by one of our instructors or cannot be answered.
