Class Objectives: This class is designed to teach new users how to get the most out of their Google Apps investment. This course is a great start for individuals transitioning from an office environment to a Google Apps environment. Our expert instructors provide the best practices for using these apps in your business.

Performance-Based Objectives
Upon successful completion of Introduction to Google Apps, students will be able to:

  • Setup a free Google Apps account
  • Navigate in the environment
  • Manage schedules by using Google Calendar
  • Store documents by using Google Drive
  • Learn to upload existing docs you’ve already created with Microsoft Office
  • Create and share a document with Google Docs
  • Collaborate with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Drawings
  • Communicate using Google Hangouts

Prerequisites: Introduction to Computers or equivalent knowledge.

Training Type: Instructor led, private, one-on-one,  student-paced learning model with structured hands-on activities.  Available for Private or Group Sessions.
