Eric maintains his edge in the rapidly evolving IT landscape by staying current with industry certifications, having passed the CompTIA A+ exam three times, Network+ twice, and Security+ twice to ensure his knowledge aligns with the latest standards. He also holds ITIL v4 Foundations and ITIL v4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve certifications, reflecting his strategic approach to IT service management.
